Mission Fitness UK’s feedback of FlockChain on a recent access control installation:
“We recently enquired about how to obtain facilities to allow our gymnasium to allow 24/7 access. There were many companies available. However, the most suitable option for us was ‘Flockchain Ltd’, because they provided a very competitive quote which would ensure a fully integrated end to end solution to meet our needs.
From our initial contact and site survey, the correspondence and communications was extremely clear. Nothing was too difficult for Ben and his team.
What impressed us most over other companies we have worked with, was that they were very understanding and able to meet our individual needs with a very demanding deadline.
Never at any time did we feel the task couldn’t be achieved on time and to our exact requirements. The quality of service was of the highest standard. In fact, our local electrician even commented on how impressed he was with the standard of installation.
The CCTV systems provide a HD level quality and the alarms were established exactly as we requested. Unfortunately, we did require to make some short notice changes, but these were all met with no questions or problems at all.
The outside scanner and security features for door access control are fully integrated into our gym membership software, saving us many hours of administration time, where other systems would require a separate software and key fobs, to manage individual access to the building.
In summary, ‘FlockChain Ltd’ are a very friendly, competent team that can easily adapt to an individual company’s requirements, providing a very high level of quality and service.
We would highly recommend their use for all types of door control, security, CCTV, intruder alarms and fire control. In particular for us, ‘Club Management’ integration with the software provider has been a ‘game-changer’ for both the company and all our clients.”
